General Physiotherapy
General Physiotherapy includes a wide range of therapeutic measures aimed at improving strength, endurance, balance, and coordination, as well as relieving pain in cases of functional movement disorders. Patient issues can stem from various causes, including postural disorders, overexertion, muscle weakness, and injuries resulting from accidents or surgeries.

Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is based on theoretical concepts of biomechanics and neurophysiology. This healing art, practiced with the hands, lies at the intersection of various medical disciplines such as physiotherapy, manual medicine, podiatry, orthopedics, and rheumatology, aiming to find solutions for musculoskeletal disorders.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage performed with the hands. The purpose of these manipulations is to evacuate excess fluid and metabolic waste through the lymphatic pathways toward the corresponding regional lymph nodes. This lymphatic system runs parallel to the venous network.
Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Rehabilitation
The causes of deficits and pain in the mechanics of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) are varied and can often be related to the delicate anatomy of soft tissues. However, these structures can generally be restored to their correct position through targeted training.
From a medical perspective, professional physiotherapy techniques play a crucial role in the successful treatment of Cranio-Mandibular Dysfunction (CMD).
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
After surgery, orthopedic rehabilitation is often prescribed as a follow-up treatment. This specialized care ensures optimal support for patients during the recovery phase.
Functional Training
Functional training consists of complex movement sequences that simultaneously engage multiple muscles or entire muscle groups. It is characterized by its versatility and effectiveness.
Structural Myofascial Therapy (SMT)
Myofascial therapy primarily uses targeted pressure and stretching, typically in the form of massages and passive stretches. It is based on the principle that the fascial system extends throughout the entire body.
As a result, discomfort and dysfunction can often be alleviated by treating other areas of the body. This is why a holistic approach involving the entire body is often more effective than a purely localized treatment.
Medical Flossing
Medical Flossing is a therapeutic method that involves wrapping a special elastic band, known as a flossing band, around the affected body part. While the compressed area is actively moved, the band maintains pressure. This combination of compression and movement helps achieve various beneficial effects on the body, such as improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing circulation.
Physiotherapeutic Acupuncture with Dry Needling
Dry Needling is an invasive technique that involves inserting an acupuncture needle directly into a painful trigger point. The needle’s penetration and movement within the affected area aim to provoke a local contractile response. Numerous studies have confirmed the effectiveness of this method. Dry Needling is widely used to relieve pain associated with both acute and chronic conditions.
Athletic Taping & Strapping (Kinesiotaping and Strapping)
Strapping improves coordination and reduces pain following injuries. Its primary goal is to support an injured joint by firmly restricting one or more problematic movements. It can also be used as a preventive measure to reduce the risk of injury.
Kinesiotaping serves three main purposes, depending on the application method:
• Facilitating or reducing the activation of a specific muscle to help correct biomechanics.
• Reducing localized pain by providing support and relieving strain.
• Decreasing swelling by enhancing lymphatic drainage and circulation.
Vertigo and Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is a specialized form of physiotherapeutic treatment aimed at restoring balance and the vestibular system following injuries or disorders. It includes a variety of exercises and techniques tailored to the individual needs of each patient to improve stability, reduce dizziness, and enhance overall coordination.
Postnatal Rehabilitation & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
Postnatal exercise includes a series of targeted exercises designed to strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, back, and abdominal muscles after childbirth. During pregnancy and delivery, these muscle groups undergo significant strain, stretching, and weakening. Postnatal rehabilitation helps restore muscle strength, stability, and overall well-being for new mothers.
Dorn-Breuss Therapy
In Dorn-Breuss Therapy, back and spinal pain are not viewed in isolation but rather in relation to the organs and the individual’s psyche. By targeted spinal realignment, this therapy aims to release pinched nerves and blood vessels, improving organ function and overall well-being.
Occiput-Atlas-Axis (OAA) Complex Treatment: Diagnosis and Therapy
OAA complex therapy is a holistic treatment method designed to optimize the occipito-atlanto-axial (OAA) complex. This region of the cervical spine plays a crucial role in head and neck movements as well as in overall body posture. The therapy incorporates a variety of techniques to improve function and mobility of the OAA complex, helping to alleviate issues such as neck pain, headaches, and restricted movement.
Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is an alternative medical treatment method that involves stimulating specific areas of the foot sole to achieve various therapeutic effects on the body. This method is based on the somatotopy principle, which suggests that certain areas of the feet correspond to specific organs and body parts, allowing targeted stimulation to promote overall well-being and relief.
Sports Physiotherapy with Sports Rehabilitation
Sports physiotherapy is used to restore mobility following an injury, surgery, or overexertion. It plays a crucial role in both rehabilitation and injury prevention, helping athletes and active individuals regain optimal function and performance.
